Login not working

I cannot for them life of me sign in to my account on my laptop. It keeps telling me my password is incorrect. I tried to reset my password and still have received no email to do so.

    I just had the same problem! Tried all your solutions, but I think it's the button, you have to CLIC on the button "log in" instead of using the "enter" on your board. I don't know... I worked for me.

    This might not apply to you but maybe others might make the same mistake I did. Make sure you login to weddingwire.CA and not weddingwire.COM, if you registered on the Canadian site. Apparently, they are not the linked.

    Same thing happened to me, i tweeted at wedding wire and they told me to email support@weddingwire.com tell them you have a personal account not a business. they will manually forward you the reset link

    I am having this exact same issue! My partner is as well. I'm thinking that there must be something wrong with the website.

    This has happened to me before. I changed my cellphone and wanted to download the app to the new phone. Now what happened was I made a mistake with one letter in my email address so it turns out I use an incorrect email to sign up. Look in your settings what email address is there from your computer and maybe you can go from there. Sorry if it doesn’t work.
