  Wedding Block

  We reserved a block of rooms at the Manoir Des Sables for our guests in the days leading up to our wedding reception at the Club de Golf Mont Orford. As an American planning a destination wedding in Quebec, I was very happy that the Hotel staff member assigned to assist me to reserve the room block was bilingual and was able to speak to me in English during the planning process. The hotel gave us a discount for the rooms since be booked in advance and also kept the rooms in our block together so we could be near our guests. We held the Welcome Dinner the night before our wedding at the hotel's restaurant and that went very well. The hotel staff set aside tables for us and prepared a separate smaller menu for our guests to choose their meals from. The waitstaff were very professional and the food was very good. The staff at the front desk were also very easy to work with. They spoke English well which made it easier for our English guests to check in and find out information about the area. The front desk also held on to the Welcome Bags that we had prepared to give our guests as they arrived. Our guests enjoyed the hotel's pool, sauna, and morning breakfast offerings. The rooms were clean and the staff were professional. I would recommend this hotel for Wedding Blocks and for visitors staying in the Mont Orford area.
