We hosted our sons engagement party in The View Room on Sunday June 16th, 2019. From the day of booking back in December to the day of the Event, Krysta and the the Glen Eagle team were always attentive, informative and Professional.
The setting was beautiful, our guests were Golf Carted up to our Room. Everything was set up and ready to go upon arrival. The Staff were amazingly friendly, especially working on father's day :)
We opted for a Buffet which included the Full Hot Breakfasts, 2 Salads of our Choice, an Antipasto section and Canneloni....everything was set up on time, hot and delicious. Our guests went up for more than one helping. We opted for the spiked punch and were pleasantly surprised to see that we were provided with both a Spiked and Vigrin punch bowl. Our servers were courteous to our guests, always ensuring that the buffet and punch sections were never empty. They did not rush our guests to collect plates but were somehow always managed to have the tables cleared ::)
We brought our own decorations, desserts and candy bar and they even assisted with the take down and clean up of those sections.
My father was an avid golfer who passed away several years ago, we were allowed to bring his putter and gear so that our guests to drop a few puts in his memory.
I would definitely host another event at Glen Eagle and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great venue.

When we first started planning our wedding we had the help of Jaymie! She was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns, and made sure no details were left unnoticed. When we were passed onto Hayden, another one of their amazing coordinators I was more than happy. Our day went so smoothly with the cooperation of the venue, the speed of the staff during reception, and the overall set up was so much more than I could ask for. My day went spectacular and the food was to die for. I would highly recommend glen eagle if you're looking for a beautiful, yet simple venue for your wedding. -

We had our wedding there last September. The first person of contact who was in charge of us was a bit of a let down, however, once reported to management we got Hayden instead and things got so much better from there on!
Looking back at our big day, it couldnt have been any better, we are very satisfied with the overall service. Plus, the location is so beautiful, we got the most amazing pictures on the golf course! -

Where do I even begin? Jaymie was excellent. She was always responsive answering my questions throughout the year, flexible to my needs and made me feel like I was in good hands the day of. She stayed the whole night to make sure things went well and was helpful even with set up. I'm so grateful. Brad helped when Jaymie was away. The venue was absolutely gorgeous with the light coming in unlike a stuffy banquet hall, worked perfectly with our rustic theme/vintage theme. Trevor the chef did a great job with the food and accommodating the diets. Everyone complimented the food and the venue. It was reasonably priced and actually had two options for entrees unlike a lot of other places that tend to jack up the price. Please book with Glen eagle. The staff is wonderful, the food is great and the scenery lovely.Glen Eagle Golf Club's reply:

I leaned towards this vendor as my family does work with them for years. I have visited Glen Eagle for years for various events. They were absolutely great from inquiries to tasting to the day after the wedding. I have read on here that jaymie and brad can be inconsistent. I didn’t have this experience whatsoever. I think it’s important to manage your expectations, as with any service. (Don’t be a bridzilla) When I had pressing questions I called and Jamie was always responsive. I sent countless emails with numbered questions to Jaymie and she always got back to me within a day. As the wedding drew closer, she sent plans to assist with seating and allowed tones of flexibility and incleased response time. Brad was great for the menu tasting and other questions (invoice) The team at Glen Eagle set up my decor (as I didn’t have wedding planner) on wedding day and it looked amazing. I didn’t know what to expect and only saw everything as I was walking down the aisle. The venue was far for some guests but completely worth it. I doubled my ceremony decor as reception decor and Jaymie was great and had it all moved. They set up the cake table and it looked better then my suggestion. They were great at the open bar and kept giving the head table extra wine bottles! Guests raved about the food, which was really great to hear. When some of our gusts were late (like assholes) Jamie reassured me and pushed the ceremony back a few minutes. They really made the day seamless.Glen Eagle Golf Club's reply:

We hosted our wedding at Glen Eagle Golf Club October 2018 and we would highly recommend this venue to family and friends! Great food was a high priority for us and they did not disappoint. Our meal was absolutely phenomenal, we were able to customize our menu and bar to suit our needs and a variety of dietary restrictions. There were a ton of options, it was all cooked to perfection with super fresh ingredients. Many compliments to the chef!
From start to finish the wedding planning process was so simple and effortless. Glen Eagle is the complete package. We wanted a rustic but classic venue and they delivered (the stone fireplace in the Albion room got me!). We primarily communicated with Jaymie, who was attentive and helpful, answering any questions and a huge support. We finalized our details and had our tasting with Brad, I can confidently say communication between the two of them was clear and they both ensured our day went off without a hitch.
The serving staff was professional and attentive, everyone who worked the night of our wedding was very helpful and accommodating. Glen Eagle staff was a huge help with set-up, bringing my vision to life and worked well with outside vendors. We had a point of contact on site up until the end of the night including clean-up.
Our photos turned out beautifully thanks to the meticulously maintained grounds. Our guests raved about cocktail hour, the variety and quality of of hors d'oeuvres and the overall atmosphere. Glen Eagle is a hidden gem, I would definitely consider them for future events.Glen Eagle Golf Club's reply:
