  Highly Recommend

  10/10 Highly Recommend booking your wedding reception at Meadow Muse Pavilion! Cathy and Rosa were so easy to communicate with throughout the entire process in regards to catering, rentals, timeline of events, explaining the quotes and contracts, meeting in-person/virtually/or by phone or text message. My Husband and I were so happy to have such a stunning venue! Our wedding guests all had such positive remarks about the venue loving it being in a white tent with doors that you could take-off and enjoy the weather. The food was AMAZING, loved how the floor was SOLID (compared to other venues in Calgary which are plywood sheets), the chandeliers enhanced the beauty inside, and the washrooms were so easily accessible and always clean. If you are looking for an outdoor/indoor wedding venue in Calgary in a white tent with beautiful scenery and wonderful service, this is it! Meadow Muse Team, thank you so much for all your help and support in making our wedding so beautiful!

  Perfect Venue

  Meadow Muse was our 2nd vendor after changing our plans due to COVID19. Cathy (their event coordinator) was SO HELPFUL! She was easy to deal with, professional, and extremely understanding. After postponing twice, Cathy made the process of replanning our wedding as easy as it could be. The food provided by Great Events Catering was also fantastic! People still tell me how much they enjoyed the entire meal from our wedding! Thank you Meadow Muse!

  I would absolutely recommend Meadow Muse Pavilion if you are looking for a gorgeous tented venue in the heart of fish creek park! Due to COVID, my fiancé and I had to make the hardest decision to cancel our calgary wedding. We were devastated but Cathy, the wedding coordinator, made it so much easier. We were so thankful that they were fully understanding of our situation and gave us a full refund on our original deposit. I cannot even say how much that helped our situation and how grateful we are. Thank you so so much! We wish so badly we could have gotten married here !

  Fantastic Venue in Beautiful Location

  Cathy was great to work with, providing a variety options for my daughter and her fiance to choose from in their planning. The ceremony was planned for outdoors but due to rain was moved into the pavilion. It was absolutely lovely! The meal was great and the servers were fantastic - so friendly and personable, going out of their way to help make our day as smooth as could be. Thanks so much!

  Lisa has been amazing to work with. Since this is a new venue, she has been kept very busy! The location is beautiful and the food is great! It feels as though you are in the country side - inside the city!
