I can’t say enough good things about having our wedding dinner here. The restaurant manager Sarah was phenomenal. I had so many questions throughout the process, and it felt like I was emailing her new ideas or changing things a couple of times a week for the last month. She handled everything and went above and beyond. Even though it was June, the night was a bit cold, but they had plenty of heaters above us. The night was beautiful, and I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. The only thing I was nervous about was the food since we never had a trial, but everyone raved about how tasty it was!

It’s been almost a month since we got married, and I still can’t believe how wonderful, beautiful, and easy the day was. The Queen Victoria Place Restaurant runs weddings with the Niagara Parks Service. Out of all of the venues we looked at, the Niagara Parks stood out as the perfect organization for us. Everything went so smoothly. They were quick to follow up on all of my emails, requests to meet, and phone calls. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Every single person I worked with through Niagara Parks Service was so helpful and lovely. Not only were they the most cost-effective option by far, but they had also so many wonderful venue options to choose from. We got married in the Botanical Gardens at Willow Pond and had our dinner at Queen Victoria Place. We had such a hard time choosing though between the different gorgeous ceremony locations and stunning restaurants.

They were so nice and set up all my decor as well which is amazing and was so helpful and took it all down as well

We booked this Venue in October, 2020 for a wedding date of September 25, 2021. Everything was smooth sailing up until mid-August, 2021 where they requested we pay 70% of our estimated balance. We paid the 70% payment and they told us even with the pandemic, everything is good. A day after paying Niagara Parks (the owners of this Venue), we were advised that although this is an outdoor venue, that we cannot dance, mingle/socialize, cocktail hour couldn’t happen unless guests were seated at all times and that masks had to be worn unless people were eating/drinking at that present moment. They would not budge on anything saying it’s policy. Needless to say, we were very upset and disappointed by this as we most definitely did not envision our Reception being this way. Thankfully, we got lucky and Niagara Parks did refund us in full, including our initial $1000 deposit so we could move to another Venue. Where we are thankful for them doing this for us, it was very stressful trying to find another Venue with only just over a month before our Wedding. Anyone looking to book with this Venue, please make sure they disclose all the restrictions/limitations they have in place due to COVID prior to paying them thousands of dollars.

Had my wedding here last month and I cannot day enough good things about it! We chose this restaurant because the food was amazing when we visited niagara a few years ago. They did not disappoint! Everyone raved about how great the food was. The second reason was the view, the fireworks over the falls were the icing on the cake of a perfect night! Sarah was so easy to work with. Since I was planning from far away she was quick to respond to every email and question I had. Even the night before when I found out a guest had unexpectedly brought two of their children. I would 100% recommend having your reception here!
