  I do NOT recommend this venue

  I had a horrible experience trying to book this venue. The management is very disorganized, especially the sales director Karina. We wasted two weeks trying to book this venue, just for them to last minute cancel our on hold date. It was very dissapointing. The hall is decent looking but the food has bad reviews on google, and the fact that the staff is so unresponsive, I highly recommend using any other venue than this one.

  Great venue

  My husband and I hosted our wedding reception at Plaza Volare and it was a wonderful experience. The sales director Karina and her team we’re such a pleasure to communicate with and they took great care of us leading up to our big day and throughout the evening. The decor was beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff was friendly and attentive all throughout the night. My husband and I can’t sing their praises enough, I highly recommend holding any special event here.

  Jessica and Julian Lazaratos wedding

  An incredible experience from the beginning to the wedding day. A pleasure not a chore to do the planning sessions with Karina. A five star celebration to make our daughter’s wedding a Fairy tale event where everyone including the bride’s parents could sit and enjoy the amazing ceremony, the outstanding cocktail hours and the incredible wedding feast . A big heartfelt thank you to Marco who explained all the venue options.
  And finally our deep appreciation to the attentive staff and servers headed by Sage .
  If you want to have the most wonderful day of your wedding then go nowhere else Plaza Volare will make that happen .

  The perfect wedding venue

  My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Terry and everyone was just amazed by the venue and the food. Especially the international buffet. Plaza volare exceeded our expectations. My husband and I reside in Toronto and Terry made us feel like were in good hands from the beginning to the end. All she said was delivered and she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

  amazing space & wedding coordination, great food & packages

  We got married summer of 2018 and we booked halls International B-C-D-E & the tent and we absolutely loved the venue and service provided by Plaza Volare. They offer different comprehensive wedding packages (and I imagine other events as well) which include food for cocktail hour & reception, beverages (alcoholic and non), wedding coordination, set up with use of their candelabra centrepieces, chairs, linens, etc included, all catered towards your specific needs. We and our guests loved the food and the staff here was incredibly accommodating and courteous and we've been so happy to hear great reviews of the whole night from our guests about Plaza Volare. Karina, in particular, was absolutely fantastic and amazing! She was our wedding coordinator and she was so helpful and great with details and I'm sure she's done so much we're unaware of to help create the perfect event for us. I highly recommend working with her and with this venue!

  Sweet expectations

  Planning a wedding is not easy! But when we chose plaza Volare we felt a huge load of stress lift off our shoulders. Dealing with Peggy was a piece of cake. She understands what we need, helps us decide when we are stuck, and generally handles it all so that we don’t feel stressed on our event! Wonderful experience!

  Very accommodating! They have a great team, very professional and give excellent service. I still have people coming up to me to tell me how much they loved the food! Everything was amazing and delicious!

  Our service included hall for minimum of 140 guests, 3-course meal with 2 bottles of wine per table, open-bar for non-alcoholic drinks, their decorations and they added what we purchased, hall set-up, and hotel room for 1 night. We were supposed to have an outdoor ceremony but the weather was poor so they prepared a hall indoors, it was great! Everyone made sure we were stressed-free and worked to make everything go as per our desires. One negative experience was that the payment procedure was not communicated to us in a timely matter regardless of how many times I asked for it, that put us in a very stressful situation the day before the ceremony. For a moment they put the blame on us, then they found a solution to accommodate us. In retrospect, that experience was a small negative compared to the service we received beforehand and on the wedding day. Overall, the experience with Plaza Volare, PMG, was top-notch!!!
