great customer service and cake
We got a cake from Chartier YYC for our wedding on November 18. The cake and cupcakes tasted so good, it was the right amount of sweet and savoury. I really struggled finding a wedding cake that wasn't overly sweet and Cindy's was the only one in Calgary that exceeded my expectation.
Throughout the whole process, Cindy was quick to reply to our phone calls and emails and answer any questions. I am so happy that Chartier YYC provided the desserts for my wedding and everyone enjoyed it. Once you order the cake you don't have to worry about set up, as Cindy makes sure that it is all done on time. Thank you Cindy for making our dream day PerfectChartier Specialty Sweets's reply:

Incredible doesn't cover it!!
Cindy is phenomenal to work with. From the tasting to the design to the finished cake and cupcakes.... perfect!
Everyone raved about not only the taste but also the artistry of each cupcake and the cake was.. wow!! The personalized topper, as well as our initials and the stunning flowers that we can keep for years as our momento - these touches are what makes you shine!

Delicious cake!
We had our wedding cake with Chartier and it was amazing! Great price and so delicious. We had three layers with the top layer a vegan one! All our guests told us that it was the best wedding cake they ever had!Chartier Specialty Sweets's reply:

We couldn’t have asked for a better cake! It was absolutely beautiful. Cindy happily accommodated our request for the top tier to be vegan, as well as gluten-free cupcakes. Each tier was a different flavour and it was all delicious. She had great communication every step of the way and we would definitely not hesitate to order another cake from Chartier Specialty Sweets!Chartier Specialty Sweets's reply:

We ordered a small wedding cake and macarons for our intimate elopement reception from Cindy. We are from the U.S., so ordering from a vendor in a different country without meeting them in person or having a cake tasting was a risk, but we were so thrilled with our experience with Cindy. We had a Zoom call and she gave us a few suggestions and we also showed her our cake inspo for our special day. Cindy is very communicative and our cake and macarons met our expectations. Excellent all around
Cindy and the team were the easy choice after grabbing one of their sampling kits and speaking with her. We tasked Cindy with creating us a delicious wedding cake that was both diabetic friendly and gluten free. They more than rose to the challenge of making a good cake without 2 of the 3 elements that normally makes a cake, and it was a huge hit at our event. Not only did it look gorgeous, but it tasted great too.
Cindy was highly communicative and professional throughout our interactions as well, and delivered the cake to the venue exactly as discussed. She was also flexible with us in returning the cake stand around our honeymoon plans. All around very easy to work with and great results for a very fair price.
