Amy Cardoza has been honing her talent as a cake decorator and artist long when she wanted to create the best first birthday cake for her unborn daughter. She began a Facebook campaign for her cakes in 2011, offering her services online. For three years she worked on maintaining a health approved business license, and in 2015, Crumbs Cakery & Cafe officially opened.

This business offers a wedding platter of desserts in a variety of ways. Choose a towering, tiered cake, or an array of delicious cupcakes. Couples can choose between buttercream fillings, and single to multi-layer fondants. All recipes can be modified to meet dietary needs such as gluten free, lactose free, and vegan free pastries. Crumbs Cakery will also custom design a special groom’s cake.
