Based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Certainly Cinnamon has been an off-site wedding catering company and event-planning provider for more than 25 years. The team provides catering services for approximately 60 weddings per year. Certainly Cinnamon has been featured on Weddingbells and received the silver medal for The Coast's Best of Halifax Wedding Industry.

Couples have the option to customize their event menus which include buffets, family style, stations and even a budget wedding package. Professional waiters, bartenders, cooks, and attendants can also be made available. Set up and clean up services are offered with their packages.

Cuisine

Delicacies provided by Certainly Cinnamon include hot, smoked Atlantic salmon; fresh fruit medleys; steamed shrimp; and much more. Gluten free, kosher, lactose free, and organic dietary needs can also be accommodated. Certainly Cinnamon provides cuisine options that include American, Asian, Cajun, French, Indian, Italian, Mexican and Middle Eastern.

Other services

Couples can rent fine-bone china, linen, lace, disposable dinner plates, plastic cutlery, paper napkins through Certainly Cinnamon. Decor and entertainment services (including DJs), one-rose centerpieces, and 100 roses can also be provided.
