With a formal education in Design, I decided with my father in 2012 to open and design our food truck. I was born and raised in the restaurant industry and am very excited to be part of this amazing culture.
I am a Red Seal Certified Chef, I have worked in many wonderful restaurants here in Calgary such as Lonnie's, La Caille, Cannery Row and more, as well as one of my all time favourite places in Vancouver - Monk Mcqueens. I specialize in Cajun Cuisine.
