Experience

The company is a member of the Canadian Professional Disc Jockey Association (CPDJA) and is AVLA licensed. Dave Hastings, a certified wedding consultant, is the president. He has covered more than 2,300 weddings and hundreds of corporate and personal events and became the National President of the Canadian Professional Disc Jockey Association (CPDJA) in 2009. Every year he teaches more than 1,200 DJs. He also acts as the DJ consultant for the company and will assist you in every step of the way. Dave played his first event at the age of 13 and became one of Canada's youngest DJs. He has also received Bronze, Silver, and Gold Level Professional Master of Ceremonies Certificates from the Marbecca Institute. Various training courses in audience motivation, music programming, mixing, and professional microphone technique are also provided by him to DJs all across North America. He was a professional night club DJ for 20 years and also worked as an event host at more than 40 of the largest clubs across North America. He has performed in 11 different countries and has received various awards, achievements, and recognition throughout his career, some of which include the following:

How they work

The process begins with Dave discussing all the details with clients and recommending a DJ who will complement the mood of their event. He will also determine the technical requirements of the event and confirm the final details three to four weeks before the event. A planning guide is available that will help clients to simplify their planning process. It covers details such as music for the ceremony, logistical venue information, final number of guests, and so on. The selected DJ will then review the wedding plans along with the client one month before the event.
