I went yesterday to go look at dresses as my wedding is a year and more than a half away. Shannon helped me right away and was amazing and listen to what I wanted, took the time to go through a ton of dresses because I wanted to see all kinds. She was professional, funny, and so kind. It made the experience really magical for me. Right off the bat, Shannon put us into the newer large bridal suite since we were the last appointment and we were treated like royalty! The first dress I tried on ended up being the one, she knew just based off some pictures of other dresses I had shown her. I'm a plus size bride so I was a little anxious about finding a dress and even nervous for the whole experience but I'm so happy and glad I went here!! Even though she knew that the first dress was my dress, i asked to try on more just to see if it was the dress I was blown away by or the style and the poor woman dragged tons of dresses out of the changeroom! But her expertise was so well on point, she knew exactly what she was doing and I was completely confident in her abilities and knowledge. She's a genius!! I would recommend to anyone who is just looking or is wanting to buy a dress but is unsure. GO HERE! They treat you like family and want to see you happy and will do the most to make sure your experience is amazing! Just so blown away by the experience and so happy and thankful to the staff here!The Gown's reply:

This was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. I LOVE that you can add items to your wish-list in advance of your appointment, and they have them ready for you when you get there. The private fitting rooms were comfortable and cute and really made the experience feel glamorous! Having the option of a Zoom link so that my mother could attend from across the country was such a great touch and made this so special for me. My consultant was Emily, and wow, was she great! She's got tons of energy and she's so positive and knowledgeable - you really feel like you're in good hands.
I did find my dress at my first appointment and the little special touches The Gown puts into everything after you choose really sets them apart. I won't go into details, because I don't want to spoil the surprises, but honestly they just kept making my day even a couple of weeks after the appointment. I can't wait to go back for my dress reveal this summer!

Out of all the wedding dress stores I shopped at, I had the BEST experience here! Emily is SUCH a sweetheart and provided a stellar experience for me and my party. She made me feel comfortable right away and was genuinely trying to help me pick my dress, giving me honest opinions instead of telling me everything looked nice. She also made sure I got a dress that I loved and was within my budget. Even the experience after I chose my dress was incredible - Emily hand-wrote me a card and mailed it to my house with a magnet of a picture she took of me and my mom saying 'yes to the dress.' The customer service is 11/10. I recommend this place to every bride. Oh, and they also have the CUTEST dressing rooms! -

I had the pleasure of working with Shannon to find my dream wedding gown. My mother and I went to The Gown as our first look to get the feel for some dresses/styles I would like. We left that day having purchased my dream dress.
Shannon and her team do absolutely everything in their power to make this experience enjoyable and stress free and I truly appreciated Shannon's attention to what I - the bride - wanted whether mom wanted it or not. She made me feel validated and always checked to make sure I was feeling good.
I would recommend The Gown to absolutely every single bride. Not only did they pull EVERY single dress I had favourited from the website (and I favourited a lot) Shannon patiently went through them all with me until I had it narrowed down to three, and then one.

Emily did an amazing job helping me find my dress! She put up with my crazy loving family and friends and was so understanding with me. I find it hard to find dresses I like due to my body style especially with the athletic body I have and not being a girly girl when it comes to dresses.
