  Just don’t

  I booked this vendor, as my neighbour’s daughter went to school with her and recommended her. She had great reviews at the time, except for one regarding responsiveness, which I gave the benefit of the doubt. When I booked last year, she said she did not have time to do a trial because she was very busy, but to check back later. There was no communication since. I messaged her early last month to see if she could do a trial and asked her about microblading. She asked who I was. I was a bit taken aback by this question, but answered her with my full name and wedding date. She read the message and did not reply. She then posted several stories and postings on the platform I had messaged her on, but no reply to me. I tried again and my message was ignored. I then emailed her and there was no reply. I sent another email last week telling her that if she did not reply by this week that I would consider her to have voided our contract due to non-communication. I have not heard anything back and now there are several brides and customers leaving bad reviews stating the same situation I am going through. It is fine if you cannot fulfil your end of the contract, but don’t ignore people who are counting on you for their big day.

  Do not book with them

  I had secured CBBEAUTY for my wedding make up over a year in advance of my wedding date. They were very quick to respond to new business. However, when I tried to follow up with them a few months before my wedding to ask about a make up trial (I had bridal events to attend and would have loved to get my make up done for one) they ignored me.
  I had emailed them several times, phoned them, texted them, dropped by their physical location which was always closed when I went - even though their business hours Said open- and lastly attempted to contact them via social media which they were actively posting on.
  No answer. It has now been over two months since trying to reach them, I even emailed and texted asking them asking to void my contract. Nothing. My sister reached out to them on social media to inquire how to reach someone and they were quick to respond to her until she told them she knew someone who has been trying to contact them to void a contract and they haven’t answered her since.
  Not impressed. Perhaps they double booked my wedding date? Whatever the reason, communication is not their strong point.

  Lovely people and amazing work

  The artists that we hired for hair and makeup from CB Beauty were incredible. They were both professional and created looks for everyone that they loved. CB Beauty travelled to our location (additional travel fee) which was something that I truly appreciated so that we could get ready at the wedding location.

  Best make up artist

  CB Beauty is an amazing company and I highly suggest you hire them for your wedding. I had Cassandra do a spray tan for me which I had never done before and I loved it. She also did my make up for me, my 8 bridesmaid and my mother. Everybody looked stunning! The make up was beyond perfect. She is the most amazing make up artist I have ever come across. Thank you for everything you did for my wedding.

  Amazing Service and Beautiful Lashes

  Absolutely outstanding experience. Clean beautiful service area with professional and friendly staff. I have been to several lash salons for extensions. My experience with CB CB Beauty has been the best. The staff listened to what look I wanted and answered every question I had. I was and continue to be very happy with the results of their work.

  Fantastic start to finish

  I Could not recommend this team more. The girls were fun and made myself, all of the bridesmaids, my mom and my aunt look flawless. Fun to talk to throughout the day and they were even able to accommodate a last minute makeup application

  CB Beauty was the perfect choice for my wedding beauty services. My trial with them during the summer went well and my lash experience prior to my wedding day couldn't have gone better (especially considering it was my first time!)
  
  On the day of, both women were polite, punctual and on their game. My mom, sisters and I had a lot of fun and were impressed with our final looks. Everyone especially loved Erin as she was the gentlest person to ever do our makeup and got the perfect amount of coverage while somehow making us feel as though we had nothing on our skin. Cait was also informative and helpful throughout the booking process, which made it a stress-free experience.
