I fell in love with Wayne's portfolio online and didn't really even consider any other photographer for our wedding. He was easy to talk to, flexible and laid back, and had some good ideas for unique shots around the property. The results are fantastic - we felt awkward acting all sappy for the camera, but somehow Wayne managed to see past the Dorky and just capture the Happy. Many, many thanks to Wayne and his assistant for being there, we had a great day and are thankful to have such a beautiful record of it all. Cheers!

We booked Wayne for our wedding and engagement shoot. We only have our sneak peak back so far but just based on those I know the rest are going to be just as amazing! He is wonderful and fun to work with. You definitely can have 100% peace of mind when booking him as your photographer.

We selected Wayne as our photographer based on his amazing pictures that incorporate the natural surroundings as well as capturing the emotion of the day. He and his wife Candice didn't fail us on our engagement and wedding photos- they are amazing. Many of our guests have commented on how beautiful and original our photos are. Wayne and Candice kept everyone smiling and engaged on our wedding day. For the engagement shoot, Wayne climbed a tree and lay on the ground for the sake of a good shot.
Wayne's style is more to capture what you give him, rather than posing or directing. Some of the shots I love the most are the candid ones that they snapped when our attention was elsewhere.

Working with Wayne Simpson photography was a fun experience for us. The pictures were delivered quickly and very professionally. The wedding packages are reasonably priced and offer a wide range of options- Wayne is also able to personalize any package to better suit each couple.

Awesome talented photography team. Would definitely hire Wayne again. If you want quality natural and not "photoshopped" photos this is your guy. Knows how to take a quality photo so it doesn't have to be overly processed in the computer.

My husband and I found Wayne Simpson's photography website online. We fell in love with the pictures on his blog and posted on his site. They captured those rare candid moments that sometimes are missed in posed photographs. We met with him and were excited to have him be our photographer at our wedding in Muskoka. He was flexible and accommodating of our ideas for pictures and responsive to the resort environment, as well as nature shots on the golf course. His pictures were very artistic, with attention paid to even the smallest details. We would recommend him to anyone!!

There are so many moving parts on a wedding day, and stress has a tendancy to make it's way into the foray of what is otherwise supposed to be one of most special days in bride and grooms' life. Wayne and his wife did a great job and we really had nothing to worry about with them. Total professionals, and first class. I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

Wayne & Candice are an incredible photography team and a wonderful couple to work with. Their friendly, easy going nature puts everyone at ease yet takes nothing away from the professionalism with which Wayne approaches his craft. I do quite a bit of photography myself, so it was very important that I find the perfect photographer for our wedding. Wayne is so much more than just another (incredible!) wedding photographer - he also does awesome landscape photography. The location of our wedding was near & dear to my heart and I knew that Wayne could capture the soul of the 'where' as well as the 'who'. I know no one is perfect, but we can't consciously rate 4 stars because every expectation we had was exceeded from Wayne Simpson Photography. From negotiating our budget and how flexible they were, to fitting the needs we had and going beyond them anyway, to the laid-back-ness and professionalism we encountered, we still shove people toward them all the time. Not just because we're biased from such a great experience but because the work speaks for itself. Wayne Simpson was recommended to us from an over booked photographer and we are so happy that happened! Our photos are beautiful, and the quality was excellent. The day of the shoot was one of the hottest days of the summer with a humidex of 37. Wayne got so into the shoot that he literally got ants in his pants (this memory has stuck for all of us! Haha) and what a trooper! He kept going until dusk to get the shots. His creativity is one of a kind from our experience with other photographers. He just rocked it and made it look like a walk in the park! (no pun since it was held in Waterloo Park) He and Candice were fun, social, excellent at paying attention to detail and we've kept in touch since. His work is brilliant and you should check out his award winning nature shots. It's brilliant and one of the reasons we wanted him for our outdoor shots! Thanks again WSP.
