Great choice for wedding and decor coordination!

My husband and I are so happy that we went with Kelly and Tarina for our decor and wedding coordination. The decor was just beautiful and we didn't have to worry about ANYTHING on the day of. It was exactly what we wanted.

Kelly understood exactly what aesthetic we were going for and totally delivered. Kelly and Tarina were proactive in streamlining the events of our day. It really helps to have someone who knows weddings on your side because there are a million things you don't think/know about, but thankfully, Kelly and Tarina are experts of thinking/knowing about this stuff! They made suggestions that gave our wedding that extra special touch which made it our own, even though it was their idea to begin with!

We also found their prices extremely reasonable. Thanks for everything you did to make our day so so extraordinary, Halcyon Events!

The day I’ve thought about since I was a little girl was more than I could have dreamed of. To have zero stress about the days events and decor was due to the comfort and trust I had in Kelly and her team at Halcyon Events. The day would not have been as enjoyed by us without their expertise and help. All our worries were taken away and we could focus on ourselves and our guests. From the weeks leading up to our Wedding and through the hours of our Wedding; every detail was looked after and more. Thank you is not enough to Kelly and her Team for putting together an incredible day for us. Looking forward to hiring you for more family events to come!! From the Tache’s! Day of wedding co-ordinator

Absolutely could not have done this day without the help of Kelly and her wonderful team. She was so much fun to work with. Had everything organized. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I really recommend using Kelly.

Had high expectation but we were disappointed

Although Kelly was easy to communicate with at the start, but on the actual wedding day and after the wedding we actually became quite disappointed with her
Even though the indoor decor was beautiful, the runner was narrow, the vases on the floor were smashing when we were doing the registration, and the arch did not seem like what we expected until few changes were made later on after communicating with her (and she said the previous pic shown on the proposal was only for inspiration)
After the wedding, she also refused to have direct communication with us after discovering discrepancy with the price
I know Kelly would be outstanding if the above things could be improved

Kelly was absolutely amazing! She stepped in later in my wedding planning process, but you wouldn't have guessed it. She put so much effort into gathering as much information as she could on our wedding day. From gathering the other vendors/businesses information, to learning the names of the wedding party and family members, to being just a simple text away - she was on it!
I have absolutely no doubts that our wedding day went as smoothly as it did because of Kelly. Her day of coordination experience was so apparent and her professionalism was so easy to work with. I would 100% recommend Kelly to any bride or groom that I know is getting married.

Kelly was amazing from start to finish! She knew exactly what my husband and I wanted from our first consult. Kelly was extremely kind and thoughtful and ensured our day went smoothly. We will forever be grateful for our wedding coordinator.

Kelly was so awesome. Her professionalism was refreshing in contrast to the confusing mess of "professional" people who pretend to be but then, disappointingly, are not. She was worthy of my trust, which is the most important thing when it comes to a wedding. She releived so much of my stress. She genuinely wanted to help and didn't force extra expenses on us. She was simply reasonable (but high-end) and most of all... competent. Even when telling you that, from her experience, you idea was not the best one, she did it in the most respectful and validating way (impressive really). Kelly, thank you so much for not disappointing. You are so good at what you do!!!
