Danielle is an extremely talented event planner. Her inherent kindness and bubbly attitude has a way of making the planning process feel rewarding and fun. She is patient and supportive, and understands and respects that there is a life beyond the planning process. She is extremely responsive on all platforms, and is great at managing a project timeline such that you never find yourself having to make rushed decisions. Where to start... My fiance and I were referred to Danielle by our venue (Kurtz orchards). We had had a bad experience planning the first version of our wedding in North Carolina (where we were living) and were a little fearful to say the least jumping into an entirely new wedding planning process. She instantly put us at ease with her calm, friendly demeanor and her attention to detail. We could tell instantly we were in good hands. Over the next 17 months, we planned our wedding largely remotely with select in-person visits. She accommodated our busy work schedules and my fiance's many questions (actually talking about the groom here, ha!). She was always so patient with us and provided constant reassurance that all would be okay. She has an excellent network of vendors in the Niagara area (literally everyone had glowing things to say about her) and I completely trusted her references and advice. She helped us balance our vision with our budget and paid for her services several times over in the money and headaches she spared us. If all this wasn't enough, our wedding day completely blew us away. My fiance and I had high expectations going in and yet she still absolutely crushed it. The feedback we have been getting from family and friends has been along the lines of "classiest, most fun and most beautiful wedding they have ever been to". Our wedding planner Danielle came recommended by the venue as a superstar and I completely understand why. She was the friendliest from start to finish, attentive, personable and exquisite with details! I have nothing but amazing things to say about her and her work ethic. For the first few months of planning our wedding- my husband and I were working overseas. Attempting to plan from a distance, especially considering the time change, was very challenging at first- but Danielle made it easy. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process and ensured we never felt too far from home.

No detail was too small… from the ceremony confetti that she packaged for us by hand - to the signage, place settings and menus she helped us pull design inspo for to ensure the entire event looked beautiful and flowed together perfectly.

Danielle has a fantastic eye for design! She took our rough themes and ideas and turned them into an absolute vision… carefully curated to our exact specifications.

Danielle is exceptionally hard working and tenacious. She is empathetic and genuinely just wants her clients to have the absolute best wedding possible- her huge heart and care really shone through the entire process. Whenever we received pushback from vendors, Danielle fought for us!! She helped us win all of the battles that were most important to us and that made the largest impacts on our day.

On the night of the wedding there was a hiccup outside of everyone’s control that caused our first dance and parent speeches to be pushed and their order to be changed- Danielle handled what could have been a full on disaster of a situation with absolute grace. She was a total hero.

Leading up to the wedding, Danielle communicated with us every step of the way. In fact, Danielle’s responsiveness to emails is very impressive! She is very quick to respond and her emails are always detailed. She kept us in the loop throughout the process which made us very comfortable with the planning leading up to our wedding.

Planning a wedding during the Ontario lockdown was challenging to say the least. When we began planning our wedding with Danielle, there was a lot of uncertainty around the restrictions. Danielle put our minds at ease and developed multiple plans based on the re-opening steps/phases of restrictions. Unfortunately we did need to postpone once due to a lockdown. Danielle completely navigated around the issue, reaching out to all of our vendors. The entire rescheduling of our wedding went seamlessly!
